GENERAL INFORMATION

Conference Date and Venue

International Conference of Iran Water Lines Corrosion and Cathodic Protection
(I.W.L.C.P.-2018) will be held on April, 2018 at Hejab Conference Center, Tehran, Iran.

Congress Language

The language of the Conference is Persian/English. Private simultaneous interpretation will be provided by request.

Registration and Information Desk

Registration and information desk will be open every day during the Conference between 08.30 A.M and 06.00P.M.

Congress Badges

Badges will be distributed at the registration desks. Your personal badge is your entrance ticket to all sessions, to the exhibition area, Restaurant for lunches, coffee breaks and to the social events. Please remember to always wear your badge at the Conference Venue. Participants without badges will be not admitted to the Conference activities. It will also be necessary to present the corresponding ticket for side exhibitions and workshops.

Commercial Exhibition

The producers, suppliers, engineering services companies, inspection companies, consulting and contracting companies will be able to exhibit their services and products at the exhibition area located in the Conference venue. The Conference includes a commercial exhibition. The exhibition hall will be open during whole Conference. There are multiple conference rooms with full facilities which are available for presentations by companies, educational institutes and workshops and exclusive exhibitions which are provided by request.

Climate

The average temperature in Tehran during September is 25-32°C during daytime, moderately warm and sunny.

Passports & Visas

A valid passport is required for entry to Iran. Citizens of a country which requires a visa for entry to Iran will receive their visa in Imam Khomeini International Airport.  If   in doubt, information can be   obtained   from your nearest Iran Embassy.

Invitation Letter

All registered participants and companies upon request have the right to ask for a letter of invitation. This invitation can be used to facilitate permission to participate from their institution and Visa process.

Currency

The Iran Rial is the currency of Iran. Convertible foreign currency may be easily exchanged at the airport, in the hotels, banks and foreign exchange offices at current daily exchange rates.

The official currency of the conference is Euro, but it is also possible to perform registration payments and other transactions in USD.

Certificate of Participation

Certificate of participation will be given to all registered participants of the congress. Certificates will be distributed on the last day of the conference.

Abstract Submission

Abstracts should be submitted in English through our Online Abstract Submission Module on the website menu. Submission by e-mail is not recommended, but in case of difficulty do not hesitate to contact us at Iranwaterlines@gmail.com. The accepted abstracts will be displayed exactly as submitted so please do check carefully before submitting. It is not possible to edit your abstract after the proceeding books are printed.

Posters

The exact guideline to prepare the oral presentations is available at the website menu.

The posters should be 100 cm wide and 200 cm high. They should be designed in such a way that they can be read from at least 1-meter distance. The template file to prepare the posters will be submitted in due time to the presenting authors of accepted abstracts.
